Can I use an enamel coated cast iron pot on an electric stove?
My grandmother bought me a beautiful enamel cast iron pot. I heard from a friend though that you can't use it on an electric stove, but have not found this anywhere online.
Ideas?
I use mine on my flat-top electric stove. Never a problem with either the pot or scratches to the stove top.
