I guess it depends on the collection. There are meetings (kind of like fares) where you can bring your collection of coins or pins, etc. and they tell you how much it cost. Some time for free some time for small fees. You might do that or go to pawn shop or some place where they do apprising of the collection. I would Google it. It would be 1 to 100 that anybody on Yahoo Answers or anywhere else knows and can tell you how much your collection cost just out of the mind without seeing that.
