Please help me find some information on this diamond necklace.?

Hello, i have a necklace that looks similar to the one in the picture, the diference though is that it has a SOLID NECKLACE, how ever the pendants looks the same ! it is a 14k and it has ITALY on the back of the pendant ! , and i want to find out the price and if this necklace is real diamond or not.

It says it's a CZ (meaning cubic zirconia) which is actually not a diamond at all. CZ's are worth very little, but they can be a good alternative to spending lots of money.
