Kind of yes, but kind of no. They both refer to the same language, but just "Irish" is the correct term. It's called "Gaeilge" in Irish, which looks like "Gaelic" when written, but they aren't the same.
Some people use the terms "celtic" and "gaelic" to refer to all older languages of the British Isles, but this is a mistake. "Gaelic" is the old Scottish language, and "Celtic" is a family of languages from the British Isles.
