However I would consider replacing the ramps with wood and putting down some sort flooring like a wood floor. Chinchillas have small feet and they could break their foot with those spaces. They also love wood ledges and need wood to chew on for their dental health.
Avoid Plastic!
Chinchillas should never ever chew on plastic.
Its hard to find the perfect chinchilla cage unless you hand build it yourself.
This is the cage I got my one chinchilla. I replaced the ramps with wood and added a few wood ledges.
