my hair hurts what else can I say. Also I have dandruff (occasionally) and wear my hair frequently in ponytails. I fo not have any chemical damage (dyes, perms, relaxers) although my hair is physically damaged and I am not quite sure how to care for it. The wors t problem though is the hair loss, it has been going on for years and I sometimes worry it can not grow back, although I ahve never been completely bald but close to it. Please help me I have no idea what could be the problem. It feels terrible to run your hands through your hair just to have multiple strands come out in your hand.
Okay, here is what you can do to take good care of your hair. When you wash your hair, shampoo before you wash yourself. Then apply conditioner and comb it, don't rinse it out until you're done washing your body. That way, your hair will have enough conditioner treatment to it. When you rinse it out, don't like scrub it out just let the water flow through it and in the spots with most conditioner just make sure it's just a little bit of conditioner in your hair but not as much as before. When you're done with that, let your hair air dry by putting it in a braid or something. Something where your hair is like not moving around a lot. For instance, don't put it in a pony tail. When it's dry, put this product called Bio-silk in it, don't put a lot just a little if you're hair is thick and long but about the size of a dime on your palm and rub it in your hands and finger it through your hair. Take a brush with like thousands of bristles in it, don't use the kind that like comb/brush. Gently brush your hair at the roots. Then after that, take a comb and comb from bottom to top, doing that will decrease the amount of hair that comes out of your head. Anytime you comb your hair, go from bottom to top no matter what. If that doesn't work, then go to the hair salon and ask them what else you should do. They are the pros at what to do with hair. I really hope this method works for you as it did for me.
