At Target, there is presently a pendant with thirty 3mm round sapphires made in 10K gold (not plate) that is selling for under $85.
With slightly less than half that amount of stones, plus in light of the gold plate, I’d say the piece is likely worth under $30.
Your sentiment, though, is beautiful, and I am sure that she will love the gift, no matter what its value.
