When you live in California like I do, you are blessed with constant sunny weather. Even in the 'winter' time (and I say use the term 'winter' very loosely) the sun is still shining. Which is why in true Californian fashion, a pair of sunglasses are as much of a staple as a great fitting pair of jeans. Sunglasses, especially vintage sunglasses, are all the rage and it is not hard to figure out why. With the popularity of such sunglass models as the Ray Ban Wayfarers literally flying off the shelves, it is obvious that the vintage sunglasses are a big trend these days. Karen Walker is probably one the more notable designers that constantly produces great vintage inspired eyewear. And although she does shelve out a fabulous line of ready to wear clothing and jewelry, I am personally very much in love with her eyewear line. Made out a plastic frame, which is contrasted with gold-colored metal temples, these sunglasses are for those women that dare to look nerdy, but in a fabulous way.

The Quiksilver brand is known for cool and funky skate, surf and snowboarding apparel, but it seems that their sunglasses line is immerging as an even hotter line. The Griffin Sunglasses is a great unisex sunglass that screams 80's all over it. Sizes for vintage/women clothing?
I'm 12, and my height is about 4'7". I'm getting really sick and bored of stereotype brands of clothing, like Abercrombie or Hollister. I'd like to shop at more fashionable places, like Forever 21, Urban Outfitters, Wet Seal, etc. Would these fit me? If so, in what size? And do you have any recommendations for other stores like the ones listed? Thanks!

i'm 5'2" and pants and such STILL don't fit me at u.o. and XXII don't fit me.
i say if you want things like shirts or accessories, yes.
but like i say get skinny jeans in a 0 or 00 in abercrombie or hollister and then you can buy shirts and stuff wherever and either wear those or you can buy plain shirts and make them really cool. like i sometimes buy a plain top and then cut them and tie knots up in the back or on the sides. (: it looks cute for the beach or if you wear a tank top under it.
it doesn't realy matter if you go to hollister or if you go to hot topic as long as you feel good in your clothes then its all good in the hood.
