giftcard wont work bout 2day typed in everything now it saying its not working pin not used till i scratch it?
i bought a gift card to day and when i went to type it in the pin wasnt scratched off untill i was ready to put it in now the nfl.com is saying that they cant connect to it and i should try again later yet i had the same problem and a while later they said thank you for purchasing your items (note this was a while ago when i ordered a jersey and a hat) now i ordered a tshirt and a hat and its giving me the same problems as last time will they continue to confuse me i am very upset by there service and i dont think ill want to shop with them agian this is getting me very upset!
Call customer service immediately...don't spend another second trying to figure out the solution on your own. That's what those people are paid to do, is to help you. If they've been taught properly how to do their jobs, they will value your business and do whatever it takes to satisfy you as a consumer and to provide you with a memorable experience that makes you feel good about buying from them...if they don't...screw 'em. Your money is just as valuable somewhere else.
